Program Planning Meetings by Grade Level
The LACES Counselors will be meeting with their respective grade levels to discuss course requirements and program planning for next year. The schedule is found in the calendar section of our website and listed here:

LAUSD has implemented a change to eligibility for bus transportation. Only students who live outside a 5-mile radius from LACES will be eligible. Please see these resources for more assistance.

Raising the Bar for LAUSD Graduates
Beginning with the Class of 2017, all graduates will be eligible to enroll in the University of California (UC) or Cal State University (CSU) system or start a career, according to recommendations to be submitted for approval to the Board of Education on May 8.
What is an Excuseable Absence?
Students who have more than 3 absences that are not excused WILL receive a truancy letter. Please read the list of acceptable reasons for being absent.
