In California, the ProStart Program is operated by the CRAF in 127 public high schools, reaching over 9,000 students from Redding to San Diego, with local restauranteurs such as Tito's Tacos donating precious time and resources to help the students succeed in whatever role they are best suited for in the exciting food service industry.
