NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY (NHS) - The National Honor Society (NHS) is the nation's premier organization established to recognize outstanding high school students. More than just an honor roll, NHS serves to recognize those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, service, leadership, and character.
 
To be eligible, a student must have a 3.5 or higher cumulative GPA. To be selected, a student must demonstrate leadership, service, and character through volunteer service, leadership positions, and work experience, as well as teacher recommendations.
