Where they meet

The Gay Straight Alliance meet every Tuesday at Lunch in Mr. Davidiuk's room. Further special events will be announced. See the Organization's leader for more information.

Our Mission Statement

Gay / Straight Alliance is a national group made up of likeminded students who are committed to bringing awareness of the queer community to high school throughout the United States. By giving speeches, conferences, showing films, and the distribution of posters and signs, the Gay / Straight Alliance promotes respect, acceptance and confidence among all students regardless of sexual orientation.

Remember, to never judge someone because of their sexual orientation and to accept the person for who they are. LACES made posters to have people know that gay is not a word that represent stupid and lame and will continue to help people realize that it is okay to be gay or lesbian.
