- Visit the Olvera Street Day of the Dead "Altar" display. (See link.)
- Take photos, including at least one of yourself next to or in front of one of the attractions.
- Prepare a poster or a brochure with photos and captions (en español) of your photos.
- Find out at the Plaza or online about el Dia de los Muertos, and write a one page report on what it represents and describing some of the symbols or objects associated with it. (for example, the sugar skulls, calacas and marigolds.)
- Present your posters in class and speak briefly in Spanish about what you found out.
