LACES Culinary Arts Programs offers Middle School students an introduction to the Culinary Arts, and a full Career Technical Education pathway for our High School students.
High School CTE Pathway - Students take the following courses:
- Intro to Food Service and Hospitality
- International Foods
- Professional Baking
In addition our high school students compete in local competitions and participate supporting local food festivals
Middle School Pathway
- Catering MS
- Food Ms
Students of all abilities interested in cooking and hospitality are encouraged to enroll
