Write or type your literary essay comparing the myth from "Way to Rainy Mountain" to at least one other piece of Native American literature we studied. Remember to consider: unique characters, transformations, and explanations of nature. Your essay should include an introduction, at least two body paragraphs and a conclusion. Refer to page 64 of your textbook for the writing prompt and directions. Type your essay if possible, double space, 10 or 12 pt font. This draft is worth 25 points.

Remember the chart should show specifically how the characters, transformations and explorations from the stories are similar. You may compare more than two of the stories for up to 10 points extra credit. This assignment is explained on page 64 in your textbook, Part 2. We will complete the presentations and be working on this literary essay in our next class.
