Introductions

Hello All!

I'm excited about started the new school year as part of the LACES team.  I bring with me 20 years of experience in middle school, high school, and college.  The focus in my classroom is learning how we think around and through questions, and finding our own learning styles.  Critical thinking and creativity are key words, and the students are expected to struggle, strive, and succeed.  Assessments will come in many forms and the questions we ponder will, most often, have multiple answers.  My classroom is built around the idea of a community of individuals who I push to be curious, flexible, and supportive.
